Become a Reseller

Thank you for your interest in becoming a reseller of products from Maranda Enterprises™, LLC. Below you will find some of the basic information you will need to know in becoming a reseller.

• Minimum Order Quantity: For wholesale orders, our minimum order quantity is $250.00. Products must be ordered in whole cases.
• New Customers: All initial orders must be placed with a credit card. After the first order, credit terms can be applied for, subject to approval.
• MAP Pricing: For the protection of all of our resellers, all resellers must follow our Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP). If you are selling goods in your physical store, you can of course sell products at any price you choose. For pricing which is advertised, or any products sold online, pricing must follow our Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP). A copy of the policy is available upon request.
• Exclusive Online Marketplaces: Maranda Enterprises™, LLC reserves the right to sell exclusively on marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, Jet, Ebay, etc.
• Pricing: All pricing that you receive from Maranda Enterprises™, LLC will be FOB, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the responsibility for the cost of shipping the goods will be the responsibility of the reseller.
